Health Exporter
The app shows no data, or some types are empty
Open the Health app, tap your profile picture, then Apps › Health Exporter, and turn on the types you want to send. iPhone doesn't tell apps what you turned off, so a type that's off just looks empty.
A sync didn't run while my iPhone was locked
iPhone keeps Health data encrypted while it's locked, so no app can read it then. Anything due goes out the next time you unlock. For a set time, turn on a reminder in the automation's settings.
Where are my exported files?
In the Files app, under iCloud Drive or On My iPhone, in the Health Exporter folder. Each automation has its own folder.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
In the app, open Settings › Change plan. To cancel, tap Manage in the App Store there, or go to the iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
I bought it before but the app asks me to pay
Tap Restore purchase on the plans screen, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.
